Working from person-centred, trauma informed and strengths based approaches, Tatiana focuses on creating a safe and inclusive environment, social connection, choice, freedom and independence for her clients. She has been supporting a wide range of individuals with various intellectual, physical and/or psychosocial disabilities since 2013, and specifically children (5-12yo) living with complex needs and acute behaviours of concerns from 2017. A positive rapport-building based on mutual trust, respect and a genuinely empathetic attitude are the cornerstones of her work. She is qualified to deliver culturally safe services for First Nations People and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Communities (CALD). She's trilingual in French, Spanish and English with some basic conversational Italian.
