Ross is a Behaviour Analyst (CBA/IBA) and began his professional journey in 2007. He comes with many years of teaching (Special Education and Deaf Education), supervision and training, and behaviour analytic experiences across all age ranges and ability levels. He has participated in conducting research and presenting internationally, has publications in refereed journals, and is actively affiliated with a number of professional organisations to ensure he continues his lifelong learning journey.

Ross has a broad range of experience working in clinical, home, and community settings in various realms including ABA for children and individuals with low incidence disabilities and dual diagnoses including autism. Specialising in complex behaviour, he is passionate about bringing collaborative, neuroaffirming approaches in leading multidisciplinary teams.
