Robert is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience as a clinician, educator and team leader. Commencing his training at Sydney University in 1990 he worked in Aged Care and Disability, providing care and support to the physically and intellectually disabled in a variety of settings, from hospital wards, community facilities and the home environment.

Since 2002 Rob has worked extensively within the fields of dual diagnosis, Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol Medicine, refining his skills and knowledge in comprehensive, functional and risk assessments, and developing and implementing treatment and support plans, tailored specifically to each individual. Rob ensures that on the path to least restrictive, life affirming support, the individual is not lost within the process

Rob is also an experienced educator, having trained nurses and support workers in the disability, aged care, drug and alcohol and mental health sectors, developing valuable skills for the behaviour support pathway. As the father of two happy and healthy young men, having supported and guided them through their own developmental challenges, he has the life and professional experience that ensures positive outcomes for all of his clients.
