As an experienced Behaviour Support Clinician and a Registered Psychologist, Poli brings over a decade of experience in delivering person-centered, evidence-based behaviour support for individuals with complex needs. Poli's work has primarily focused on applying Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Person-Centered Therapy to promote the well-being and rights of individuals with neurodivergent conditions, intellectual disabilities, and complex behavioural challenges. She has extensive experience conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA), developing and implementing tailored behaviour support plans, and providing staff training on behaviour management strategies. Poli's proficiency in managing restrictive practices and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams ensures that she can effectively support clients and advocate for their needs within service systems such as the NDIS.
