Nik comes to Ability Consultants having worked as a Special Education Teacher in both Primary and Secondary settings. In recent years she has worked as a Specialist Disability Support Teacher in schools supporting teachers, carers, and disability therapy professionals to implement behaviour strategies and inclusion practices.

A speciality area Nik has worked in is supporting people on the Autism Spectrum, with a goal of improving engagement, goal achievement and reducing barriers in their environments.
