Meenu's love of history led her to learn more about human behaviour, especially that of the vulnerable members of our society. This passion led her to start working in the Disability and Mental Health sector in 2009.

Meenu has worked in different roles starting from Disability Support Worker to Acting Operational Manager. Meenu has supported clients with complex needs by applying a person-centred approach and implementing practical strategies to achieve positive outcomes. Meenu understands the importance of clear, relevant goals and knows how to achieve them by getting families, staff and other stakeholders involved in the journey.
