Matt has been an Independent Support Worker since early 2024, working with a number of incredible children and adults along the way. His passion and advocacy for the disability sector, and more specifically mental health, is one of the main reasons he has embarked on his practitioner journey with Ability Consultants. Matt is a self-confessed ‘geek’ when it comes to data and analysis, and believes strongly in building long-lasting and genuine relationships. He has an avid interest in human and animal behaviour, and stands by the belief that everyone - human and animal - should be allowed to thrive as themselves without judgement, stigma or discrimination.
