Mark has over 30 yrs experience in the disability, mental health and child youth and family sectors both in Australia and the UK. supporting people with complex health care needs in public, private and NGO Settings. Mark is a Motivational Interviewing, train the trainer, who loves to work with teams supporting clients with high support needs, understanding restrictive practices, trauma informed practice ,introducing positive behaviour support principles and developing risk mitigation strategies across all environments.
