Louise has worked in the disability sector for over 35 years; 25 years as a Disability Support Worker and for 10 years managing various accommodation and day program units on the Northern Beaches.

Louise loves being involved in creating positive outcomes and improved quality of life for all people with a disability, their families and carers.

Louise has a years of experience working with clients with challenging behaviour, understanding, reviewing and implementing their plans as a DSW and collaborating with various stakeholders for plan development as a manager. She understands and is dedicated to how important it is to have solid, clear and relevant objectives and goals in place for clients, staff and families to help keep everyone safe and to meet individual client needs .
