Livian has worked in disability services since 1989 both in frontline and management roles. She is committed and passionate in ensuring that people with disabilities have the same opportunities and experiences to live their life to the best of their ability with meaning, purpose and choice. With lived experience as a family member of someone with a disability, Livian is familiar with the importance of working collaboratively with families and other key stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes. Livian’s commitment and passion extends to exploring new and exciting ways to work with the person and those important to them, to co-design their support in a way that works best for them.
