Leonie has worked within the NDIS space since the scheme's conception and most recently has worked as a specialist support coordinator. Leonie has supported individuals of all ages and has extensive experience in hospital discharge planning, out of home care, homelessness, dual diagnoses, mental health, younger onset dementia and substance use. Leonie is passionate about working collaboratively with a team of stakeholders and enjoys building warm relationships with the people she supports and their families. Leonie is working on her Masters of Counselling to further build on her holistic approach to positive behaviour support delivery.
