Lauren has been working as a School Counsellor and Case Manager since 2010. Lauren has been supporting children and young people with a range of mental health issues, ADHD, Autism, and intellectual disabilities as a School Counsellor for the past two years. Prior to this, Lauren worked in the Out-of-Home Care sector as a Case Manager in a variety of roles, supporting children and young people with complex needs and behaviours.

Lauren has a particular enthusiasm for providing psychoeducation and skill building to empower individuals, whilst also being a strong advocate for the rights and needs of clients. Lauren strives to develop genuine connections with individuals and families to help them feel supported, reach their identified goals, and improve their quality of life.
