Kim has worked in the disability industry since 2008, starting out by helping her Mums business during staff shortages, which turned into a rewarding career in the disability industry. Kim has worked with both children and adults across a broad range of disabilities, including complex care needs and behavioural challenges. Kim has provided support to clients in community access, in-home care and respite care, and has also had experience in team leading and acting coordination within the disability industry. Kim has a passion for ensuring her clients feel supported and empowered to live their lives to the fullest.
