Kerry has been working in the disability sector since 2009, working with both children and adults. Most recently she has managed group homes in the Sydney area, supporting adults with complex support needs. 

Maintaining a person centred and collaborative approach, Kerry is passionate about ensuring that people with a disability are given the opportunity to become genuine valued members of their communities.
