Karan has worked in a variety of roles within Mental Health Services across Australia as a high dependency unit nurse, charge nurse manager, crisis team clinician, and case manager for clients with complex needs.

Karan prides himself with the ability to relate well with people while fostering creativity and innovation. He has led teams in managing a variety of crisis situations using problem solving and time management skills. Being flexible and easily adaptable has allowed Karan to successfully multitask while prioritising efficient client-centred care. Karan is fluent in a variety of languages including Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu and Haryanvi.

Since 2008 Karan has been committed to learning many valuable services/ practices however he is always looking for an opportunity to further develop his nursing skills as he constantly challenges himself to achieve personal goals. Karan is a reliable person with the enthusiasm and passion to provide holistic care to mental health clients.
