Emma has worked in the disability sector since 2017 supporting individuals to live their best lives. After 2 years working in primary schools, Emma found a passion for ensuring children's needs were met and moved into the disability sector as a frontline worker. Working alongside individuals to reach their goals, she has experience in group homes, as a manager and as a behaviour support practitioner.

Emma is driven to reduce restrictive practices and ensure the rights and freedoms of individuals are upheld.
