Damion has experience across disability support, youth justice, residential care and corrections, supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds with complex behavioural and psychosocial support needs. His experience has strengthened his skills in building rapport, behavioural observation, risk assessment and remaining calm in complex situations.

Damion enjoys getting to know people and understanding their individual experiences, strengths and goals. He takes a practical, person centred approach and is passionate about supporting people to improve their quality of life, independence and choice. Outside of work, Damion enjoys exploring Far North Queensland, music and playing the drums.
