Austin has extensive experience in coaching and educating people of all ages to help reach their potential. Austin is especially interested in helping children and adults with autism, intellectual disabilities, ADHD and mental health disorders to achieve their goals. Austin has worked with a diverse range of clients with complex needs in a multidisciplinary field to reduce intense behaviours of concern and remove restrictive practices. He is always learning and improving on best ways to tailor positive behaviour support for each individual and their supporters.
