Almas is an experienced educator with a rich background in primary teaching and early childhood education. She has dedicated her career to nurturing young minds, initially working as a primary teacher before transitioning to early childhood education. Recognising the importance of play in child development, Almas founded her own business, creating innovative play programs that support children’s learning and growth. Currently, she is expanding her expertise as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, applying her extensive knowledge to help children develop positive behaviours and thrive in various environments.

Her passion for inclusivity and her desire to create supportive environments for children with diverse needs inspired her to expand her expertise in behaviour support. By focusing on this area, she aims to help children overcome challenges, develop positive behaviours, and reach their full potential, regardless of their developmental or behavioural differences.
