Where do we offer positive behaviour support in Wollongong?

Our positive behaviour support (PBS) practitioners are located throughout Wollongong, Shellharbour and Kiama. We travel up to 30 minutes, one way, to visit NDIS participants, their families and support team, to understand their needs, carry out assessments and provide training and coaching.

At times, we travel further to visit clients and we can also offer telePBS, which is simply positive behaviour support through video call or over the phone. Some PBS practitioners provide a combination of in-person support and telePBS, we work with NDIS participants and their support team to find out what works best for you.

When we do meet in person, we come to you! There’s no need for you to travel to a clinic or office, we visit you at a time and place that works for you. Sometimes this might be at home, school, supported accommodation or day centre.
