Where do you meet with your behaviour support practitioner in Rockingham?

Your behaviour support practitioner may meet with you at home, supported independent living (SIL), assisted living, aged care, hospital, residential care, or another location that best meets your needs.

Your PBS practitioner may need to visit other locations, such as where behaviours of concern might be occurring, such as school, day program, respite care or locations previously listed. Visiting other locations might not be necessary and instead you or other members of your (or your child’s) support team might be asked to collect information, such as marking off a table or making a note about a behaviour of concern.
