Meet us at the Melbourne Disability Connection Expo!
05 April 2023
We’ll be at the Melbourne Disability Connection Expo later this month, ready to answer all your questions about Positive Behaviour Support and how we can help you. We know that it can be overwhelming when you’re searching for the right support and we hope that we can help improve your quality of life.
The Melbourne Disability Connection Expo is a FREE event for attendees and is hosted by Developing Australian Communities.
Look out for the Ability Consultants booth, where PBS practitioner Karan Singh and our CEO David Ackling-Jones will be ready to help you make more informed decisions about your care. According to David:
The best thing about attending an expo is the conversations. I love checking out all the stalls and hearing helpful stories. Also, love meeting new people to serve. I’m excited to be doing this with Karan, our Clinical Lead in Melbourne.
What can I expect at the Melbourne Disability Connection Expo?
The aim of the Melbourne Disability Connection Expo is to help you, your family and support team.
Navigating the NDIS and finding the right providers for you can be a challenging and time consuming task, but with so many providers under one roof, the Expo is a chance to get to know who will be helping you and how they can help you.
At the Expo you’ll find the “Ask an NDIS Expert” support hub, where you can ask questions about your NDIS Plan and how you can use your funds. You’ll also have the chance to talk with hundreds of NDIS providers to ask them questions about their services and products and how they can improve your quality of life.
There’s also entertainment, food and activities such as a jumping castle, face painting, hair braiding and a balloon artist.
