- Weekly mentoring and specialised clinical support with leaders who are present and accessible

- Work entirely from your home office (equipment provided) with paid travel to local client visits

About You
- You’re a proficient person-centred behaviour support practitioner
- You have a deep understanding of, and connection with, your local community
- You are willing to network in your region to build your local team of practitioners and attract referrals
- You’re passionate about freedom and social connection for people affected by disability through easy access to Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- You speak your mind directly and you value mutual respect, empathy and collaboration
- You’ve qualifications or equivalent experience in: Psychology, ABA, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Special Education, or Social Work.
- You’re willing to support the growth of other team members as a colleague and a future leader
- You will eagerly develop and implement an ongoing individual learning plan
- You will also need:
- a privately insured vehicle and a valid driver’s licence;
- an NDIS Worker Screening Check;
- Working with Children Check.
