Base Salary $93,000 with super paid on top

  • Weekly mentoring and specialised clinical support with leaders who are present and accessible

  • Work entirely from your home office (equipment provided) with paid travel to local client visits

About You

  • You’re a proficient person-centred behaviour support practitioner
  • You have a deep understanding of, and connection with, your local community
  • You are willing to network in your region to build your local team of practitioners and attract referrals
  • You’re passionate about freedom and social connection for people affected by disability through easy access to Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
  • You speak your mind directly and you value mutual respect, empathy and collaboration
  • You’ve qualifications or equivalent experience in: Psychology, ABA, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Special Education, or Social Work.
  • You’re willing to support the growth of other team members as a colleague and a future leader
  • You will eagerly develop and implement an ongoing individual learning plan
  • You will also need:
    • a privately insured vehicle and a valid driver’s licence;
    • an NDIS Worker Screening Check;
    • Working with Children Check.
