Base Salary = $95,000 with super paid on top

About You

  • You’re a proficient person-centred behaviour support practitioner
  • You live and work in the Greater Melbourne area
  • You are willing to network in your region to build your team and attract referrals
  • You’re passionate about improving freedom and social connection for people with disability, through easy access to Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
  • You speak your mind directly and you value an empowering culture based on mutual respect, empathy and collaboration
  • You have qualifications or equivalent experience in: Psychology, ABA, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Special Education, or Social Work.
  • You’re willing to support the growth of other team members as a colleague and a future leader
  • You will eagerly develop and implement an ongoing individual learning plan
  • You will also need:
  • a privately insured vehicle and a valid driver’s licence
  • an NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
