Base Salary = $95,000 with super paid on top

About You
- You’re a proficient person-centred behaviour support practitioner
- You live and work in the Greater Melbourne area
- You are willing to network in your region to build your team and attract referrals
- You’re passionate about improving freedom and social connection for people with disability, through easy access to Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- You speak your mind directly and you value an empowering culture based on mutual respect, empathy and collaboration
- You have qualifications or equivalent experience in: Psychology, ABA, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Special Education, or Social Work.
- You’re willing to support the growth of other team members as a colleague and a future leader
- You will eagerly develop and implement an ongoing individual learning plan
- You will also need:
- a privately insured vehicle and a valid driver’s licence
- an NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
