Our focus is on finding brilliant people - looking to welcome two NSW based Admin Assistants available full time, 38 hours per week 9am-5pm EST.

We’re searching for the right individuals to fit our company culture and we support flexibility to suit your wellbeing needs, so you can make time for a morning surf, the school run or that afternoon pottery class.

About You

  • You’re passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives and value mutual respect, empathy and collaboration.
  • You have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others and take pride in wanting to do good.
  • Your attention to detail is meticulous and you demonstrate integrity in your work.

You will also need:

  • Strong software competency skills, including experience using a database/CRM.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • The ability to solve problems, quickly adapt to changes in processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain these.
  • Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in the disability sector.
  • Previous experience working in an admin role.
  • Knowledge of G-Suite, e.g. Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets.
  • Open to learning new systems and processes.

About your new role

  • Build positive relationships with customers and team members through polite, empathetic and professional communication.
  • Process confidential and time-sensitive referrals with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain client confidentiality in line with privacy and NDIS legislation.
  • Contribute to regular Admin Team meetings and ongoing process improvement.
  • Contribute to project teams as needed.
  • Enhance your skills with training covering topics such as Positive Behaviour Support, human rights, trauma, restrictive practices, safety, telePBS and more.
